SAW 6.5


Just imagine if the Lindley “Evil-Doers” of the past and present suddenly woke up and found themselves in a Jigsaw trap. Who would they be? What would be the sacrifice that they would have to make to get out of the trap? A Saw expert told me that the person in the trap panics and always gives into their fatal flaw which eventually leads to them being killed. What do you think would be the flaw that leads to the death of each character in your scenario?

THE HAPPENING


First of all I’d like to say that the first paragraph demonstrates the level of mental illness that Mrs. Ervin experiences each day. She’s at STAGE FOUR STUPIDITY. It is also a demonstration of how she tries to brainwash those around her. Everyone that was at Lindley before she came knew that the school was doing just fine before her first hog hoof hit the main entrance. We made AYP that year Mrs. Ervin. That means that we were first, you know, like Sprint EVO 4G. And let me set the record straight….MR. MCCRARY was the first Lindley principal to make AYP!! So stop lying to people by telling them that you had something to do with it. All your fat ass did in the summer was hire new cleaning crews to clean the building. That’s it. As for the question she asks about her vision leaving…… I’ll answer for everyone. HELL YEA!! When yo fat ass leaves the building for good everything you brought with you will be gone. Get the Fuck Out!! And take your ass-kissin cronies with you. Oh , I forgot. You really don’t give a damn about them. Sorry cronies. You’ll be on your own so you know that you’re gonna get a good old-fashioned ass-kickin’ from the staff when your Supreme Oppressor isn’t there to protect you.
As for the new teachers at Lindley this year, I know you can’t believe what you’ve gotten yourself into by accepting the job. You feel like you’re not going to make it. You’re tired on Ervin calling you into the office and saying “You ain’t shit! Your mamma ain’t shit! And your daddy ain’t shit!”. Don’t worry about it and don’t take it personal. She’s a lunatic. She takes pleasure in making you suffer. Bottom line is that she’s certifiable.
For those that don’t work at Lindley but still follow this blog, I have some questions for you. Why is it that Lindley teachers are burnt out this early in the school year? Why is Mrs. Ervin being allowed to abuse and slave drive the staff when the CCSD is aware of the things that she does? And can someone tell me why Mrs. Ervin drives a white woman away from the school each year within 90 days? LOL! That’s a crazy statistic.

EVERYTHING IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS.....




This post goes out to all the Lindley Rookies. I know you’ve heard all positive things (yea right!) that Mrs. Ervin had to say in the meetings so far. Don’t believe it for a second. It’s all a smoke screen. It’s like THE MATRIX. What you’ve seen and what you’ve heard in pre-planning is not real. You are being made to think that you are in a positive work environment. YOU ARE NOT!! Remember these things and you may be able to make it through the year:
1. NEVER TAKE WHAT SHE GIVES YOU. Everything that she gives you comes at a price. The bread, juice, milk, coffee, sugar, creamer……..EVERYTHING! If you’ve opened a pack of EQUAL , YOU’RE ALREADY IN THE HOLE FOR A PINT OF BLOOD. The fact that you accepted the contract means that you’ve already in trouble. For example, you are required to “unofficially” to neglect your family, kids, and significant others consistently to work until 6 or 7pm at least 3 days out of the week to do a bunch of pointless tasks and insane lesson plans. Just letting you know.
2. YOU WILL SEE THAT MRS. ERVIN IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON YOU HAVE EVER MET. She will degrade, insult, and try to make you feel guilty about things. Just remember that it’s not your fault. She has very low self esteem and she’s a sociopath. She takes pleasure in these types of activities because she is really miserable and needs to try to bring some of that misery to others. ATTENTION: Attractive ladies, she really hates the fact that you look better that she does, so don’t look too cute when you come to work.
3. SHE HATES MEN!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE BLACK WITH A STRONG AND CONFIDENT PERSONALITY. You are already a target. Doesn’t matter if you’ve done anything wrong or not, you will have a problem with you style of teaching……GUARANTEED! Can someone explain to me how a principal can say that she cares about the children (boys included), but hates the men? The last time I checked, boys grow up to become men.
4. SHE FALCIFIES INFORMATION: If she doesn’t like you for whatever reason, she will proceed to build a paper trail against you for the purpose of placing you on a PDP, NONRENEWING YOUR CONTRACT, AND GIVING YOU A BAD EVALUATION. She has no ethics and she will recruit others to join in on the process (people that work in the school and people that work outside the school as well) of getting rid of you. Because of these things you need to do the following…………….
5. JOIN MACE. It is the only protection that you the teacher will have against Mrs. Ervin because GAE in cahoots with her. No matter what they tell you, you will be sold out by them if you need their help in getting her off your back. They represent the principals and the teachers (A DEFINITE CONFLICT OF INTEREST). The $60 may seem like a lot out of your check, but it will be worth it if she decides you target you.
That’s it. TRY to have a good year and remember that you’re there for the kids, but don’t allow yourself the be treated like dirt in the process. BY THE WAY....SHE'S EVIL.

HAPPY TRAILS!!



For all those that thought the blog was going to end…….WRONG!!! LOL! We’re not going anywhere. But back to the topic at hand. We’d like to wish a very HAPPY TRAILS to Kanisha Sherman-Cambridge. I had my ear to the ground one day and heard that she has flown the coop. As you may remember she was supposedly affected by the RIF, but her mama, JIGGLING FEVER, managed to illegally obtain a contract for her. Arsenio can you lend me a word? Hhmmmm? Fast forward-> Anyway…… Kanisha has managed to get a job at Kipp Ways Academy as, you’re not gonna believe this……HOLD ON TO YOUR SEAT……. but she is DEAN OF INSTRUCTION. LOL!! What a joke. I don’t know how she got in, but the teachers over there are aware of her and if she tries any of that crap she tried under Fats Domino’s administration in Cobb, she’s going to get a serious wake up call. It’s funny how Ervin’s inner circle gets smaller and smaller. Kanisha is a mindless robot, but she did realize that she needed to get the hell out of Lindley when she got the chance. I’ll give her credit for that. But when a person has done the things that she has done in an attempt to hurt people’s careers and livelihoods, prosperity is not in his/her future. She was the right hand of the devil at Lindley for two years and her deeds tipped the scale. The universe demands balance and its gonna get it one way or another. I’m going to stop right here. KARMA...AND ITS JUST BEGINNING.......


Kanisha. I know you didn’t cry in the leadership meeting about the possibility of losing your job. You have been the main instrument used by Mrs. Ervin to facilitate others losing their jobs, under false and staged situations I might add, for the last two years at Lindley Middle School. How can you be surprised that your job/head is now on the chopping block? When you are in league with the devil, bad things are going to happen to you. Don’t cry. Remember… you’re an enforcer and superior to the people that work around you. You can’t afford to show any weakness, especially since you made it seem that you knew everything and the rest of us knew nothing. Are/were you serious?!? I didn’t really come at you on this blog like I could have because I always knew you were a bitter and pitiful little thing that is barely making it through this thing called life. But the people have spoken. They started putting you sh*t in the street on the previous post. How does it feel to walk around a place where you felt like you reigned supreme and had unlimited coaching superpowers, but now you’re a confirmed SORRY-ASS TEACHER! Someone brought up the time when Mr. Collins had to be out for 2 weeks and you took over his math class. Word on the street, or better yet, in the halls was that you couldn’t handle the situation. As I remember, you said that the more engaging the lesson, the less you will have to deal with behavior problems. Along with that, being prepared and making smooth transitions between the bs on the lesson plan would ensure that the kids were learning. What happened? Didn’t you design an extraordinary activator for each day? What about your CFUs? The kids didn’t like the cups? What about your closings? Did you really have to have Mrs. Ervin come in and sit, watch, and threaten the class so that you could teach? What happen to KAYE BURKE’S classroom management strategies? Any why the hell were you teaching integers for 2 weeks straight? Was it that your graphic organizers were not colorful enough? Did you refer back to the standard every few minutes? Why didn’t you call Bernadette L. to come in and give you some assistance? Was the word wall up to date? What happened girlfriend? Because the word on the street is that your lessons and teaching style would not have qualified as EMERGING. You would have gotten a bad evaluation based on your performance. It’s like they say with sports…..THOSE THAT CAN’T PLAY, COACH.

SUPER NEWS FLASH!!!



If you haven’t already heard, MACE showed up at Lindley today and picketed Mrs. Ham Hock. Its really about time to see an organization that claims that it supports the teachers, stand up for the teachers. DO NOT EXPECT THE SAME TYPE OF REPRESENTATION IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF GAE. They pretend to support the teachers. I’m telling you now……If your rep is T. Page, you’re screwed! She’s going to sell you out to the administrators and secretly take their side. Back to the protest…… I know every teacher in the building at Lindley savored every minute of the protest. I was like our prayers had been answered. Someone or something was actually stepping up to the plate for us. Every teacher in the building, let me rephrase that…….Every teacher except a few crones felt that today was a major victory in revealing to the world that this woman is insane and needs to removed from her post. Let’s examine the track record. First she’s a principal in Cobb County that did something fucked up (as usual) and had to resign before her ass got fired. Next she fucks up in two schools in Fulton County (Sandtown then Westlake) and is forced to resign to get fired. Lastly, she’s over here in Cobb County were she’s continuing the insanity at Lindley Middle School. When is someone in charge (wink-wink) going to realize that it was a mistake hiring this fool and remove Hitler from her post. Where the hell are the data-driven hiring processes? If fires seem to mysteriously flare up wherever this woman goes, I don’t think that it’s the teachers that are setting them. She’s the common factor and the source. The bottom line is that she is a terrible principal that has flim-flammed and conned her way to upper-middle management. Unfortunately for the teachers, we have to suffer because of her lack up expertise and inability to perform the duties of a principal without violating the Georgia Code of Ethics. She's horrible….. I’m not going to go into too much detail. The rest of the teachers already know all the details. So I’m going to stop here and allow them to chime in. But wait a minute.... How funny is it that she tried to call an "EMERGENCY FACULTY MEETING" to let us know that she was "still the principal" when her coward ass wasn't even in the building. LOL! WE DON'T GIVE A FUCK! We all (excluding the 3-5 cronies that you have) want your ass out of the building. You should have stayed to face the protesters but we all know you thought that Fox 5 was on the way and you just couldn't handle the "TOUGH QUESTIONS" that they had for you. LOL! COWARD!!

News Flash!!!


On Thursday, February 25, a parent came to the school because his child was misbehaving. Allegedly, this parent did not follow the proper channels and skipped the office check-in and went straight to the classroom where he proceeded to apply leather to his child’s posterior in front of the other students. Allegedly the teacher didn’t report the incident to Fat Nasty or any other administrator. Allegedly, Fat Nasty was only made aware of the situation “today” because some kids went home and told their parents, who proceeded to call the school. Allegedly, Fat Nasty proceeded to call the area superintendent, dfacs, and the police about the incident. Maybe she did, maybe she didn’t. Who knows?!? She lies like breathing. You can’t believe a damn thing that comes out of her mouth. The woman is a habitual liar. Anyway….These events bring us to the EMERGENCY MEETING that took place today (Friday). Basically, we were not supposed to give this information to the public. Ooops!! LOL!!! Whatever Skank!!! We’re gonna tell it!! Ollie fans wrap your head around this….. she’s threatening the staff that they will lose their jobs if they discuss the incident with co-workers, peers, friends, family and the press. What a joke. And here’s the kicker. She says that the teacher involved may lose his/her job. WTF?!? First of all, it’s Ervin that should be fired for not having the right protocols in place to insure that a parent or terrorist intruder couldn’t enter the building without being detected. If she had her business handled, that parent couldn’t have entered a school, walked down the hall without being approached by a school representative, and entered a teacher’s classroom. The first blame lies with yourself, Ervin. You always talk about holding people accountable. Do you hold yourself to the same standard? We all know that the answer is “NO”, but I just had to put it out there. Do I feel that the teacher should have reported the incident?……HELL NO! Teaching is such a slippery slope these days that teachers don’t want to get involved in anything that may be legal. Besides, the parent came to help the teacher. What teacher in his/her right mind would tell on the person that came to support his/her cause? I’m sure that most teachers would have turned a blind eye to something like that, especially since this was an allegedly a “problem student”. I don’t blame the teacher. There’s a need for ass-whippings in the classroom. These kids get away with all kinds of mess on a daily basis and it is just ridiculous. I mean, a kid basically has to stab or shoot another kid or teacher before the child will receive any consequences for his/her actions. If a parent comes to my class, whips his/her child and didn’t kill his or her child in the process, I’m not saying JACK! I’m putting it out there….PARENTS FEEL FREE TO HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS WITH BELTS, SWITCHES, OR SHOES ANYTIME THAT YOU NEED TO IN MY CLASSROOM. I got your back! I didn’t see a thing!! So all that teacher losing the job stuff, it’s insane. I’m from the Old School when it comes to discipline. If you show your ass in the grocery store…..You get your ass whipped in the grocery store. If you show your ass in the mall……You get your ass whipped in the mall. Obviously this was that kind of parent. Instead of calling the police to arrest the person, Ervin should have thrown the parent a party on school time and given him a medal. Hell, we need more parents to come in and regulate (Warren G). The bottom line is that Mrs. Ervin has shown her incompetence once more by not providing an effective plan for school security in regards to teacher/student safety. It came back to bite her in the ass, excuse me blubber. And now she is trying to pin the whole incident on the teacher. Time to CFU (Check For Understanding for Non-Teachers). If you understand that the whole incident would not have taken place if there were security measures in place to stop the parent from ever getting past the main office, give me a thumbs up. If you’re a complete ignoramus and are clueless at this point, just slap yourself.
I gotta switch gears hear for a minute. I was talking to my wife yesterday about all the comments that we hadn’t read which are on the post that features Mr. Rodgers. LOL! I know she’s smiling right now. LOL! Yea Baby! I love you too (It’s an inside joke). Well anyway, we noticed that some parents were not amused with the language of the blog and some people were actually trying to defend Mrs. Ervin. DOUBLE LOL!! What a joke! You can’t defend wrong! But that person is entitled to her opinion as well, so I’m going to let that go. I’m mainly concerned with the criticism of the language. Look. This is a forum to freely express what you want about Sasquatch and we’re not pulling any punches. I’d like to borrow from Eddie Murphy’s stand up titled Delirious. “If there are any people in the audience with small children, old people that are easily offended, get the fuck out now!” As a matter of fact, there is a “CONTENT WARNING” at the beginning of the site that you have to click “I understand and wish to continue” to gain access to the site. So don’t come with the attitude that we shouldn’t be saying what we do. If you don’t want to read or see vulgarity, I respectfully request that you “STAY YOUR ASS OFF THE SITE”. Go read the Marietta Daily Journal, Atlanta Constitution, or Jet. You don’t come up in here and tell us how to run this bitch. LOL! I’m just playing but I’m serious about the sign at the door. I’m going to tell it like I feel it. And obviously the other teachers that are commenting are doing the same thing. We are the Hebrew slaves of the Cobb County School District and this is blog is our voice to vent when we want and how we want. The last time I checked, when people vent frustration, it usually comes across with emotion. That’s what you get here. But if you’re really offended, I’d invite you to round up the parents in the area and “DEMAND” a meeting with Mrs. Ervin to discuss the reasons why she is dogging her staff, why she degrades them constantly, why she constantly threatens them, why she targets people that she doesn’t like for twisted personal reasons and proceeded to create false paper trails to fire them, and why she blocks people from transferring to other Cobb County schools when they want to leave the madness. Let those things be your mission since you are “so concerned” about the students. The teachers have spoken, you heard it, and instead of taking action you chose to sit on your behind and criticize the teachers. WTF? Do something to solve the problem. I dare u.
Ok. Let me get some of that shit off my shoe and get back to this spanking mess. Bottom line again, it’s all Ervin’s fault, she won’t accept responsibility as usual (but I bet if it were praise, she’d almost kill herself to get in front of Fox 5 to take credit), and she’s trying deflect all the attention on the teacher involved. She needs her ass whipped!

See…….I tried to let it go.


I tried to let this monstrosity that calls herself a principle get off with just a internet ass-kickin. But the shit has really got out of control these days. So fuck it. I’m back to serve the Ollie family with a healthy serving of truth. Can anyone tell me why is it that men of color are being targeted at Lindley Middle School? Why are they consistently doing a sub-par job in comparison to their female counterparts (on paper..wink-wink). Is this a form of gender based discrimination, racial discrimination, or both. I think it’s both. And eventhough the law doesn’t recognize it at the present….There is a thing called intraracial discrimination which needs to be written into the law. A person of a certain ethnic background can and will discriminate against members of their same race. Why? Survival in a certain environment, mentally twisted, or just because they can I guess. Anywho….How many men are going to be constantly harassed and placed on PDPs this year? What’s really going on? Is Miza Chalie behind the scene pulling the strings of this 300lb, thigh scrubbing, totally disgusting, and wig-wearing sellout? Some think so, whereas others do not. In either case….The situation is messed up. This woman can’t stand men. By “men” I don’t mean ass-kissers with male genetalia. I mean testosterone producing, standing your ground, get dirty when you have to……MEN! And I’m going to include women in this also. Any woman that has a backbone is going to become a target for Mrs. Ervin. She wants all signs of strength out of the building for next year and she has started her false paper trails once more to try to eliminate certain individuals in the building. It’s the same M.O.. When she doesn’t like someone she sends Kanisha Clipboard in their room to evaluate them daily. No matter what you do as a teacher, no matter how well you follow the script, you’re going to have some type of major flaw in your teaching style on paper when Clipboard leaves. Clipboard is going to put your bad write-up in your box and eventually Kizzie is going to call you to her office and explain to you how you ain’t shit and need to change careers. Mrs. Ervin is very immature to be a 50+ year old gorilla. She’s playing games with people’s livelihoods and it is not a game at all. People have bills to pay and family to take care of…This type of shit can turn “VERY SERIOUS” in a heartbeat. Has she ever heard of the term “going postal”? Let her keep messing with people and playing games with their lives….she may be playing catch the bullets. She needs to stop or the board needs to stop her because it’s always the person that people least expect that goes off and does something crazy. So if you’re a person on the edge and no one at school knows about it, take a couple of sick days off to get your mind right. You may love teaching, but let’s face it. When it comes to working under Fat Nasty…..It’s just a job. You can get another one. Walk in the door with a “I don’t give a fuck attidude”, do your time, and get your check. Plain and simple. It is really crazy when you think about it. All this drama may be the result of Mrs. Ervin looking in the mirror. One would think that she would have come to terms with her appearance a long time ago. Sad……………….Very Sad, Pitiful Even (Snaggle Pus). What's your opinion?
