KARMA...AND ITS JUST BEGINNING.......

Kanisha. I know you didn’t cry in the leadership meeting about the possibility of losing your job. You have been the main instrument used by Mrs. Ervin to facilitate others losing their jobs, under false and staged situations I might add, for the last two years at Lindley Middle School. How can you be surprised that your job/head is now on the chopping block? When you are in league with the devil, bad things are going to happen to you. Don’t cry. Remember… you’re an enforcer and superior to the people that work around you. You can’t afford to show any weakness, especially since you made it seem that you knew everything and the rest of us knew nothing. Are/were you serious?!? I didn’t really come at you on this blog like I could have because I always knew you were a bitter and pitiful little thing that is barely making it through this thing called life. But the people have spoken. They started putting you sh*t in the street on the previous post. How does it feel to walk around a place where you felt like you reigned supreme and had unlimited coaching superpowers, but now you’re a confirmed SORRY-ASS TEACHER! Someone brought up the time when Mr. Collins had to be out for 2 weeks and you took over his math class. Word on the street, or better yet, in the halls was that you couldn’t handle the situation. As I remember, you said that the more engaging the lesson, the less you will have to deal with behavior problems. Along with that, being prepared and making smooth transitions between the bs on the lesson plan would ensure that the kids were learning. What happened? Didn’t you design an extraordinary activator for each day? What about your CFUs? The kids didn’t like the cups? What about your closings? Did you really have to have Mrs. Ervin come in and sit, watch, and threaten the class so that you could teach? What happen to KAYE BURKE’S classroom management strategies? Any why the hell were you teaching integers for 2 weeks straight? Was it that your graphic organizers were not colorful enough? Did you refer back to the standard every few minutes? Why didn’t you call Bernadette L. to come in and give you some assistance? Was the word wall up to date? What happened girlfriend? Because the word on the street is that your lessons and teaching style would not have qualified as EMERGING. You would have gotten a bad evaluation based on your performance. It’s like they say with sports…..THOSE THAT CAN’T PLAY, COACH.

  2. Who's crying now? Haha. Was Oliver affected by the RIF?

    ReplyDelete
  3. NOPE! He's still above water, unlike his decters. We all, well most of us know or either can assume the true id of Oliver. The guy is creative, technical, a writer, and a critical thinker. That's the last type of person you want to try to set up for a fall with the growth of the internet. All her dirt is public now. If you google: principal sandra ervin, you will get a link to this site. That's really f'ed up. LOL! Ervin should have left that guy alone. Funny how things work out. LOL!

  4. So 20+ teachers were RIF at Lindley and no one has anything to say about it? I thought the blog would be blowin up! Guess the only people reading now are in E's corner. Why aren't people fighting back?

  5. Well I must say this time that the RIF's were not Ervins choice...it was county. This is a sad time in education and I feel that we all need to stick together and stop the bashing for once. I do think that the teachers need to fight at the district office, I think there are so many underhanded things going on at CCBOE and we ALL need to go down there and fight for the great teachers that lost jobs and our salary that they are trying to take away from us...let's focus on that right now because this is bigger that Ms. Ervin!

  6. Really? You think that Ervin didn't have a choice? Well isn't it convenient that the people she brought with her got to keep their jobs? Things that make you go Hmm...

  7. It really doesn't matter if the handful of people she brought with her are keeping their jobs. There will be approx 20 re-assignees coming to LMS soon. And we already know they are not accustom to working at the level that is expected at LMS. Things are going to be very different next year. Stay tuned... its about to go down.

  8. What, no end-of-the-year recap? I'm anxious to hear what everyone has to say now that it's finally over...for now.

  9. I am not sure what you think but as long as Ervin is in charge it is NEVER over!!! Drie by the parking lot any this week? Well it looked like business as usual.

  10. Well I will say the end of the year gathering at Aspen was less of a spectacle than last year. That is if you ignore Hendrix, Cardoza, and Harris's video production. And someone please explain to me why Schulls and Garcia had on feathered boas!!! I was waiting for them to burst out in song. Kiss ups!!!

  11. For all the enemies of the cross the word is out by the county office that Lindley Middle School 7th and 8th grades made AYP due to Sandra Ervin getting rid of all the rejects through RIF. Too bad you won't be a part of the 2010-2011 celebration. Retake scores definitely put us over the top. Stay tune for the broadcast on Fox news and in the MDJ and AJC.

Ervin just received a pay bonus and a 5-year contract from Sanderson guaranteeing her a job until retirement! LOL

  12. No need to continue the blog Oliver North because Ervin is not going anywhere as long as her and John Adams and Landon (cheating) Brown are partners in crime. Even MACE got their ass kicked and are scared to come back to Lindley again.

    Signed,

One of Ervin's Crony Girls (OECG).

  13. They lost, they lost they ate Ervin's applesauce. We won, we won, we kicked their ass before they begun!!! LOL We made AYP!!! Scores due in July!

  14. Seriously though, who REALLY wants to be at Lindley? I honestly want to know. Those who are gone from LMS should be more than happy about it, because many of them are doing extremely well. Lindley should be seen as a starting point for people to launch their careers, not a place where folks just WANT to be. It has never been that. Those who are soooo in love with Mrs. Ervin, good for you. Some folks like that kind of leadership. Some like the borderline unethical treatment and the "sistergirl" leadership. For you who do, bowing down and being a "yes man" is NOT developing yourself into a leader. Just know that. You are a follower in the worst of ways, so you will NEVER be truly effective leaders. For those who don't, just leave. The grass is growing on the other side as well. LOL.

Also, no one should wish that the school doesn't make AYP, because the kids deserve something to be proud of. Congrats to all if LMS really did make AYP, but let's not give all of the credit to Mrs. Ervin, because she hasn't taught ONE solitary class or lead ONE professional development. It is a team effort and quiet as kept, LMS made AYP the year before Ervin "graced" its halls and that had NOTHING to do with her. AT ALL.

With this blog seemingly coming to an end, please remember that at the end of the day, you gotta do right by the folks that do right by you. Whether you are at LMS or anywhere else, you must strive to be the best that you can be. NEVER let someone's leadership style and domineering personality change how you feel about yourself, your worth, or your skill.

  15. The last post was beautifully spoken. I hope the blog continues simply because of all the new teachers who will be placed at Lindley. They will probably feel like they have been hit by a truck! This blog will give them a tool for venting as it may take them some time to figure out who they can really trust to talk to. Also, there are still some teachers there who probably need the blog to vent too.

I love it if LMS made AYP. There are very hard working teachers and students who made it possible, and THEY should receive ALL the praise and credit. Bravo to the teachers who stayed true to themselves in the face of everything. The kids aren't stupid. They saw how all of you were treated compared to others, and I'm sure it meant a lot to them that you showed up for THEM in spite of it all!

  16. I am trying to understand how LMS made AYP as a result of the re-test. We were all told that the primary reason AYP was not meet was due to Special Ed. Remember only 8th grade too the re-test. It is quite clear that the person who said "Lindley Middle School 7th and 8th grades made AYP due to Sandra Ervin getting rid of all the rejects through RIF" has no idea what he/she is talking about. The teachers who were affected by RIF were there until the end of the year teaching students. If Lindley really made AYP (which I doubt), the teachers affected by RIF played a part in the success as well.

  17. Grapevine says your Math Coach has gone to APS.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Do you mean Math Coach or Academic Coach? The Academic Coach position is posted on the county employment site for Lindley.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Yep I can clarify and assure that Kanisha/Clipboard has left the building to go terrorize or to be terrorized by folks in APS that are not gonna deal with her sh*t and knock her on her a**. I wonder who had to pull thoes strings to get a teacher with only a bachelors degree, no leadership certification, no masters degree an AP position? Hum...Oliver?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Clipboard has a Masters. Check https://www.gapsc.com/Certification/Lookup/look_up.aspx

The thing is, folks in APS are NOT going for that!!!

  21. Is this chick Jerry Dority's (Tapp Middle School) twin? Same stuff, different school.

Landon isn't all that either because when he came to our school last year, he had his head so far up her behind (figuratively) that I had the "are you serious?!" look on my face.

I'm beginning to think these antics are par for the course for black administrators in Cobb. I left APS to get away from this foolishness--apparently it's here in Cobb too.

Good luck to you all, for next year.

  22. Thanks for the well wishes. But it will be the same load of shit next year. A power hungry sell-out trying to prove that she is a good n**ga because she beats up on her own people. It is all a show to impress the white folks downtown.
