In case you haven’t noticed it yet, the pay in decreasing and the workload in steadily increasing. WTF?!? Yes I’m glad that I have a job. But this is crazy! I hate coming to this school day after day having to endure all the things (ass-kissing, backstabbing, cronies, and throwing co-workers under the bus) that corrupt leadership influences in employees. I love the kids, but I HATE THIS SCHOOL! You know what I mean. My applications will be posted on the internet early this year b/c I can't take another year of this mess. I'm out!
I hope you find another job. Lindley doesn't need people like you.
