Whenever you are called to the office as a team or individual just remember this….You are talking to “The Wizard of Oz”. You are not being called because there is a problem with “you”. You were called because there is a problem within “Her”. Mrs. McDonalds has many of childhood and teenage mental injuries that she has not used her mental health benefits to help her address. She has a twisted need to cause others (subordinates) to feel that they are inadequate at performing their jobs for the purpose of making herself feel good. It is totally insane. But that is what she does. A few things that you need to remember is that this is a person that has had a lifetime of pain. Just look at the things she does. She tries to buy friendships and alliances. Trust me. This is not new. She’s been doing it for many a year. No doubt that she’s been used by men because she’s willing to shell out that dough to keep them. Can you imagine a man looking at that mug by candlelight and telling her that she’s fine and beautiful with a straight face? Not Bad-Shape Betty! To pull that off, you need a serious POKER FACE. I know in my gut that they got that money (and hopefully only that money….puke!) and bounced. Well back to the main idea….She’s got you in there to get some kind of reaction from you. Don’t give in. Her ultimate goal is to get you to cry. She loves it. So don’t fall for the okie….. Just go in there, listen to the bullshit with a face of stone, don’t say too much, and walk out. Last thing…Take a tape recorder in there every time. That stupid ox is guaranteed to say something of an unethical nature to you. You’ll need the recording to prove that she threatened you job, abused her power, etc. She reads this blog and still makes mistake after mistake. What an idiot!
